Marc Jablon
President and Co-Founder
Marc Jablon co-founded Big Apple Consulting USA (BAC) in 1998 with Matthew Maguire and Keith Jablon, Marc’s brother, to help emerging companies with their Investor Relations needs. Marc has managed over 100 public relations campaigns over six years, and started a number of profitable companies. Marc serves as President and Chairman of the Board and Director of BAC; CEO and Director of Management Solutions International (MSI); and also serves as a Director on the Boards of several BAC companies. Marc served as Vice President for Stockbroker Presentations Inc. until January of 2001. He has broad experience in managing Investor Relations firms and has established, hired, and trained hundreds of individuals in this area, while consulting for numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process. Prior to founding BAC, Marc worked for the Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Marc graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Marketing.
Matthew Maguire
Vice President
Matthew Maguire co-founded Big Apple Consulting USA in 1998 and serves as Vice President, Director, and formerly served as COO. Matthew also serves as V.P. of Marketing for Management Solutions International. Matthew co-founded Bad Apple Comics, where he serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Matthew also served as manager of Stockbroker Presentations, Inc. through January, 2001. Over the last six years, he was instrumental in developing and implementing sales training programs for BAC. Prior to joining Big Apple Consulting USA, Matthew held a management position with Brinker Corporation of Orlando, Florida.
William Peterseim
Board of Directors
William Peterseim serves as Chairman and CEO of Big Apple Holdings (BAH) and also sits on the BAC Board of Directors. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, noted speaker, columnist, and financial expert, possessing broad, in-depth education and experience in Financial Planning, Security Investment, Life & Health Insurance and Real Estate. He was primarily educated at Baldwin-Wallace with a Focus on Finance, Business Administration, Marketing and Real Estate. William wrote and hosted both a successful financial radio series in the 1980s and a one hour TV special on Financial Planning in October 1996. He also designed and taught Financial Planning for Adult Education courses, Ford Motor Co., the U.A.W., and the general community, including a Christian high school.
Mark C. Kaley
Corporate Secretary Mark C. Kaley joined Big Apple Consulting USA in 2004. Mark has experience acting as a lead coordinator in assisting private companies to successfully achieve public status. His area of expertise extends to all aspects of the basic procedural public format, scheduling and filing efforts. He has successfully taken companies public in the U.S. through various methods. Mark has a broad base of occupational expertise in various aspects of corporate and business law. Mark’s work at Big Apple Consulting USA provided him the opportunity to consult with numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process. Prior to joining Big Apple Consulting, Mark worked for a private law firm in Garden City, New York, and, before that, was an associate at King & Spalding, LLP’s New York City office, a national law firm based in Atlanta. Mark has a wide range of experience in corporate, commercial, transactional and litigation matters. In 2000, Mark graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, with honors. Prior to attending law school, Mark was an associate producer for a Cablevision Television Channel.
